Based on our experience across a wide range of ground conditions we have produced foundation designs for the most testing of sites, from pile and ground beam, traditional strips, raft foundations, or foundations to suit ground improvement tailored to your requirements. We are experts in designing ancillary items such as retaining walls, pumping stations and culverts and we will produce AIP’s and liaise with the Local Highway Authority where Technical Approval is necessary.
KB2 have regularly produced superstructure designs and calculations for both standard house types and flat block designs for major volume house builders as well as supporting calculations for individual bespoke units and site specific variations.
We maintain our appointment from pre planning through to site support and aftercare and have experience in providing; structural defect surveys, remedial works and impartial expert witness work.
