KB2 worked with architects JIA and contractors Ian Williams to provide civil and structural services for the refurbishment and extension of the Powerhouse in Cardiff.
The works extended the existing Powerhouse to create a new Community Hub offering a greater range of service and activities. The new Llanedeyrn Community Hub includes a 600sq.m extension over two storeys constructed of a steel frame and concrete floors, which includes replacement accommodation for the library and police station.
