KB2 have been engaged on a wide range of projects in green field and inner city locations as well as on sensitive building refurbishments. These have included the design of the roads, drainage, foundations and superstructures for housing estates, multi storey residential and commercial buildings, refurbishments, bespoke houses for owner occupiers, new lift facilities and the repair and rescue of important historic Grade I and II listed buildings. Our client list includes colleges, developers, surveyors, architects, insurance companies, charitable organisations, local and central government organisations.

Work in progress includes a new Performing Arts and Young Persons Centre for Strode College, new Care Homes for the National Society for Epilepsy, new car parking and access road for the National Star College, various projects for Horseworld, refurbishment for the City of Bristol College, residential apartments in Poole and Sandbanks, Dorset, a number of new housing schemes for Persimmon Homes and David Wilson Homes and a swimming pool facility at Tockington Manor School.
