Martin Hedges - Partner
Responsible for managing the CAD team and production information. Technical Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
Bristol born and bred, Martin has over 10 years’ experience as a CAD technician. He gained an HND with distinction in Civil Engineering at the University of the West of England in 2003 whilst working in consulting engineering on such projects as the Oxford Science Park, the National Physics Laboratory and Telford International Centre.
In 2002 Martin joined Kenneth Brown & Partners, since when he's built up the CAD team and streamlined the provision of production information within the practice.
He’s a team player and welcomes the involvement of the technicians in the total construction process, believing that this is the best way to ensure that plans on the drawing board become successful creations.
Sport has played a large part in Martin’s life and, family permitting, still does. He now coaches club rugby, having previously played for Bath and Clifton himself. He is also a keen cyclist and has ridden from Lands End to John o’ Groats solo.
